Why a 3-seat minimum?
PalletPlan is built for dispatch teams, not solo operators. The value shows up the moment a second person needs to pick up where the first left off. Three seats is where collaborative planning, per-client manifests and shared pallet libraries actually pay off. If you're a one-person yard, drop us a line and we'll figure something out.
How does the trial work?
Card on file at signup, no charge for the first fourteen days. Cancel any time during the trial in your billing settings and you won't be charged. We email twice in that window: once on day five, once on day twelve.
How does the annual discount work?
Pay yearly, get 20% off. Listed as €15.20/seat·mo when you flip the toggle to Annual. Invoice issued once at start of cycle. Monthly and annual are separate Stripe prices, so the cycle you pick at checkout is the cycle you stay on until you change it from billing settings.
What about VAT?
VAT is calculated automatically by Stripe Tax based on your billing address. EU/EEA businesses get reverse-charge invoices when you supply a valid VAT number, otherwise local rate is added. Invoices are itemised and downloadable from your billing portal.
What if I have 10+ users?
Volume kicks in at 10 seats: −10%. At 25 seats: −15%. At 50: −20% plus optional SSO and self-hosted. Talk to us for a quote, usually back same day.
Can I switch billing cycles?
Yes, either direction, any time. Switching to annual prorates immediately and gives you the discount on the next invoice. Switching back to monthly takes effect at the end of the current annual term.
Do you charge per trailer or per plan?
Neither. Per seat. Plan as many trailers as your dispatchers can plan. There's no metered usage on plans or exports within reasonable limits.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa/Mastercard/Amex), SEPA direct debit and bank transfer for annual.

Get to a planned trailer before lunch.

Signup takes ninety seconds. Importing your pallet library takes another ten minutes. By the seventh trailer, you'll wonder how you did it the old way.
